BUYERS NEEDS
I started speaking to them back in November 2021 and getting ready to enter the market to buy a home. Coming from Canada he had an approval but it was a pretty high rate approval.After following up a few more times and referring them to my loan officer, he was able to get a better rate and better loan.
THE SEARCH
We started looking for a home with good potential for resale. We wrote 3 offers and the 3rd was a charm. The first home would have worked out but when many issues started to arise with the inspection, I suggested to my buyer this may not be the one. Even though it was a popular 1 story plan it just had too many issues that would have been more money out of his pocket down the road and would affect his resale and value.
THE "ONE"
Great home with many upgrades and nice backyard with a pool and a shed. He is super happy with the choice he made.
