BUYERS NEEDS

The buyer had just sold her home in Washington State and needed to find a home quickly but wanted a 1 story home. She needed at least 2000 square feet with at least a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a study.

THE SEARCH

She had previously worked with another Realtor and she was not happy because the Realtor was not giving her advice and guiding her. Edna felt like she was alone in this process. So she gave me a call and I made arrangements to see a few homes with her. It only took 1 day to see a few homes and then she decided on one.

THE "ONE"

The market was tough so we needed to make an offer that was really strong. We came in second and initially did not win the bid. Within 2 days the initial buyer rescinded their offer and so we got the home. Edna was so happy. She really wanted that home. The initial offer was a cash offer and we were a conventional offer.
