This buyer came to me as a referral. She was looking for her first home. She had a budget she was trying to stay in. It was a challenge but I wanted to help this client very much. I was ready to do the work to find her a great home.
THE SEARCH
She took me on as her buyers agent July 2, 2020. I showed over 6 homes on our 1st showing. I researched what we saw and then came up with a few more. I worked hard looking for homes that would work for her budget. It was important to me to find the best home for her.
THE "ONE"
I showed her this home and she just loved it. It was brand new and it was right in the perfect budget for her. The area was great! This was a great starter home for her. We put in the offer at list price and got $2000 for closing cost. She closed on her home in 30 days, August 27. 2020. She was so excited about her new home!
