What I did to market the property was hire a home stager, and professional photographer. I marketed on several social media platforms, networked with other agents and held virtual open houses. I priced this home competitively.

RESULTS

Listed the home on the market February 26, 2021 and had 16 home showings. Received a full price contract March 1, 2021. Closed and Sold the home April 1, 2021. List price was $260,000 and sold price was $260,000.
