I posted this home on social media sites Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Realtor.com and Zillow. Mailed 1,000 mail outs to potential buyers. I strategically priced this home to obtain more buyers willing to complete and offer above the listed price.
RESULTS
The home was listed on the market April 23,2022 and held 28 home showings. Received 7 offers and the home went under contract May 3, 2022. Closed and sold the home on May 27,2022. Not only was the offer price over $5,000, items of the contract were significant in that they were in the favor of the seller, the buyer put 30% down and paid the seller's closing cost that included the title policy, the property survey and all the homeowners association fees! Appraisal was waived as well. Solid buyers and solid contract!
