What I did to market the property was we had a home inspection done to uncover any potential deal breakers, did repairs and had a professional stage home along with having professional photographs taken, video, and posted on social media ads. I priced this home competitively.
RESULTS
Listed the home on the market August 13, 2020 and had 20 home showings. Received a contract August 25, 2020 for above sale price. Closed and Sold the home October 9, 2020. List price was $209,500 and sold price was $210,000.
