Converse New Build Home Purchased!
BUYERS NEEDS
The buyer was looking for a new home that didn't need too much work. They were needing at least 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and wanted to stay close to $250,000.
THE SEARCH
I set them up on home searches and I did my search as well to find the right home. I showed a total of 15 homes that were close to the layout and location they were looking to stay in. After looking at those homes there was a new home that I had sent to them on the MLS and it was listed at $255,000. We made an appointment to view it.
THE "ONE"
Went by that home and really loved it. Even though it was slightly above their price that did not make a difference after all because first of all the taxes in the area were lower so the payment was so much lower than what they expected and the other great thing was the home was a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath with 2400 square feet. It was a great find for them. Best of all, It was a brand new home! They were so happy.
