San Antonio Northeast Side Home Sells 16k Above Asking Price!
MARKETING PROCESS
This was an emergency move. These clients had to move back to Georgia because of family. I had initially helped them purchase this home and now they came back to sell. They didn't have money to fix up so I suggested we at least get it cleaned up and then list "AS IS". I still had some great photos done so I can show the true home but I sold it in "AS IS'' condition. I stated in the MLS it was priced to sell. It needed paint and flooring along with other cosmetics but the home had good bones.
RESULTS
We had several offers but many wanted too many contingencies and my client was steadfast on not doing any repairs or allowances. By the end of the week after listing it we had 13 offers. The offer that was accepted was solid and the buyer understood the seller was not doing any repairs or allowances and I was able to sell it with that understanding. It worked and my client was so happy with the amount they made plus the diligent work I did on it to make this easy for them. They are currently building a new home in Georgia with the money they made from this sale.
