Listed the home on the market March 13, 2020 and had 4 home showings. Received a CASH contract March 17, 2020. Closed and Sold the home April 6, 2020. List price was $325,000 and sold price was $315,000. The sellers wanted to try a little higher and they had a certain net they wanted and they ended up right on track!
