San Antonio Townhome Sells $5,100 Above Asking Price!
MARKETING PROCESS
My clients were newly married and moved into the townhouse at Grayson circle. It was great for one person, Leon, but quickly became crowded when they both got married. He was Anxiously waiting to put this townhome on the market for over a year. I kept up with him and sent him updates of the neighborhood. Each time I reached out the market was going up every so often. We first started out with a price of $225K and like 6 months later we were at $240K. When I listed the home I was sure, based on that current market still being competitive that we would be able to get close to $250K.I had professional photos done and marketed the townhome online.
RESULTS
After a few back and forth conversations with other agents and a couple of offers. We received an offer for $255K and appraisal contingency was waived and sold in 12 days. The great deal with this is when I helped him buy, he bought this townhome at $188K and 2 years later sold for $255K. Was a great investment. This is what I do for my clients is make sure the properties they are buying will appreciate in value.
